I would say respect for sure! And it doesn't hurt to surprise her with occasional gifts at unexpected times. A woman doesn't like to be asked, "what do you want to do tonight?" She wants a man with a plan...even if it's just sitting at home eating take out and watching a movie. It lets her know that you thought of how you really wanted to spend the weekend, night, day, or whichever with her. It's honestly the little things that mean the most...good for you guys, you don't have to put too much thought into...just do it!

What turned me on to my husband was His good sense of humor and that we could sit and talk and have real conversation together. He actually listens to what I have to say and is genuinely interested. Good communication is the key to a great relationship, not looks or gifts.

I really get into men that can make me laugh, can keep up with my sarcastic and cynically charming personality, and who can hold me a decent conversation about something other than sports, cars, or their ex.
