How do you know if you are bisexual or lesbian?

Question

I am married with two kids but latley I have been courious, Maybe it is just a phase
Is there is a way to tell; or do you just go out and give it a whirl and go from there. I have never spent time wondering about it before.
Any Suggestions, I was trying to read some books, but nothing really helpful.

no man has upset me or anything, I think I am just courious.

if you like men and women you are bi. my advice is give it a whirl!! you will always have that wonder there if you don't give it a try!!

Well, were you NEVER curious in the past? Were there absolutely NO signs before this? Because typically, you would have these feelings throughout your development and into maturity and adulthood if you were truly homosexual. If you are married with children, I would advise not even opening up this can of worms, because once you do you may not want to want to return to the way things are now. This has drastic implications for your family.
Be very careful and think things through completely because if you "give it a whirl" you are playing with fire.

if this is JUST the first time you have HONESTLY thought about women in this way you can be pretty sure that your bi. ONE sure fire way to see what you like is to try it. if your husbands open to conversation talk with him about what your feeling and it may help. if you have a best friend that you share everything with that's usually were girls first experiment with that part of there sexuality. if not I say try it, i had always had the sort of feelings that you are talking about and i found someone that i trusted and tried it now i know I AM NOT GAY but bi i love the closeness I can have with a woman and the sex is UNBELIEVABLE!! but i could never live with a woman like i do my husband the emotions the hormones and all that yuk.... good luck figuring it out

I don't think there is any book that can help. Truthfully myself and others I know went out and tried it. But it's a lot easier if you have a friend that you know and trust to try it with. But before you try it you might want to think about why you want to try it. Is it a physical thing or did a man just upset you. And after you try it ask yourself if you want or even can be with a woman full time? That is when you'll get your answer.

You know you're a lesbian if you are no longer attracted to men at ALL. Not sexually, not emotionally. Nothing.You can no longer achieve sexual stimulation, or emotional attachments romantically with men.

You are bisexual if you are attracted to both men & women physically. I have some women friends who say they are bisexual with a preference for men relationship wise but LOVE having sex with other women. And then i know some who say they are bi with a preference towards women, meaning they CAN enjoy sex with a man but have stronger bonds with other women emotionally and mentally.

And you are bi curious, meaning you THINK you may want to experiment with women, but u havent done so yet.
