cottage cheese is fine as long as you don't have any dairy problems. It gave me heart burn. Be careful with herbal teas because some of the ingredients may not be good for the baby. the book "What to Expect When Your Expecting" will answer all those questions. It is the bible for pregnancy! Congrats!

cottage cheese is totally ok to eat during pregnancy. if your craving it, your body or the baby must need some of the calcium it supplies. also, tea, is ok as long as it's in moderation. too much caffeine is not so good for the baby, or for you. good luck!!!

Cottage cheese is a good snack, especially if you eat some fruit too. But tea...make sure it's decaffeinated.

Soft cheeses are thought to be particularly good hosts for listeria. But the pasteurization process kills the bacteria and a whole host of other organism
Cottage cheese, ricotta, cream cheese, processed cheeses (such as American) and hard cheeses (such as cheddar and parmesan), as well as cultured dairy products like yogurt and buttermilk, are generally considered to be safe. And most dairy products made in the US are pasteurized anyway. But since there's no guarantee, it's best to check the label and make sure that any dairy product you consume during pregnancy is made with pasteurized milk.

cottage cheese is fine because it is pasteurized.
It depends on the kind of tea, some herbal teas should be avoided during pregnancy because they can bring on early labor.

cottage cheese is fine. Tea is alright as well, just try to limit the amount of caffinated tea you drink (decaf is still very soothing)

Cottage cheese is fine. It is just those unpasterized cheeses you need to stay away from like feta and brie to give you examples. I would stay away from all herbal teas unless you discuss them with your OB. Black tea is fine, non-caffeinated preferably. You're more than halfway there!

cottage cheese is fiine, anything dairy as long as you are not allergic to it is great for your pregnancy. as far as tea, make sure it's de-caf or very little caffine in it. tea is really great for calming nerves and anxiety and also to help get you to realx and go to sleep. my best friend drank tea everyday of her 2nd pregnancy (de-caf) to help her relax with cramps and normal prego pains and the doctor said it was probably a huge contribution in her delivery since she'd learned to realx and cope with pain through tea. her delivery was mostly painless (for a natural birth) and she said the most realxing out of her 2 pregnancies. and she recovered so quickly that she got to go home with baby the next day. good luck

It's fine. Actually, it's very good for you. Very few things can be risky to eat while pregnant. Raw meat and fish like sushi and tartare, of course, should be avoided. Soft cheese like brie also should not be eaten unless they are clearly marked that they are pasteurized. Here's a link that might help you out.
