Where can I find someone to work on an uncut diamond?

I work in Manhattan, and need someone one level up from a jeweler...like a stone cutter or something...

Also, if you have a jeweler you trust or can get recommendations from friends and family, those jewelers might be able to recommend a stone cutter.
