Its like 8 minutes. Blood vessels rupture in the eyes, called pitekial hemmoraging (SP?)
Much longer than on tv, very personal and lots of time to rethink what you are doing. terrible way to die

takes about 3 minutes if you get a good grip
theres a rule of threes for death...
3 minutes without air
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
and umm... I know this because... I read it somewhere!
