Internet Options control panel. Erase your history.
Better is to get ccleaner and run it monthly. It does more than simply erasing your history.

From Internet Explorer click Tools -->Internet Options-->Delete button in Browsing History-->Delete History assuming you are on IE 7.

Click Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet options--> General--> Delete cookies and files. That should delete your internet history.

Assuming you are in XP, right click on internet explorer, go to internet properties, delete history, temporary internet files, and cookies.

right mouse click your start bar. click properties. click the start menu tab. then press the customize button. and finally press the clear button. that should erase your URL history in Internet explorer.
