Olay Beauty Fluid Olay Night Cream Drink loads of water all the time, and if you do get a spot, put Clearasil on it and look after it. Also, love your skin - it really helps. Look after it like you love it. Try this, it'll really help. Oh, yes, and remember to put cream on your neck as well as your face. Hope this helps Ashleyxxx

Exfoliate - olive oil mixed with granulated sugar or sea salt works wonders.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies! Foods high in zinc and also kelp can actually cause blemish breakouts (but you do need some zinc in your diet).

Toner - I use Burt's Bees wild lettuce toner and it is amazing. I cannot live without it!

Moisturize - apply moisturize within 3 minutes of washing your face, that's how long you have until you can prevent the water from evaporating on your face.

Yes and no... drinking large amounts of water works wonders(take your body weight, divide it in half-- that is the minimum ounces of water you should have each day.), since it flushes out your system and pushes any impurities to the surface-- this means that you will break out terribly at first, and you will still have occasional breakouts. But, it'll help.
Otherwise, I highly recommend ProActive. Its pricey, but it isn't all hype. It worked wonders on me. The only time I break out when I use it regularly is when I'm on my lady time. :)

I would suggest drinking a lot of water, as it filters your system out, and flushes out a lot of the oil that can cause pimples. I would also suggest avoiding milk and dairy products [to excess] as they have hormones in them that can cause acne. The only product that I know helps clear skin is pro-active.

I think starting with a good diet that isn't oily is a good start.

You might want to check out the different kinds of soaps that are out there too.

Finally, some of that anti-acne cream really does work wonders.

Asshole.
