I keep hearing it over and over the media is too far left the media is anti American etc


Please give me some examples of Anti American reporting

Please provide me with left wing statements ?

Actually several university studies have concluded just the opposite. Most media are actually more right slanted than left. It has been for decades. So when the conservatives say that it is merely propaganda to attempt to get people to feel sorry for them as victims when in reality they are not.

It's a classic case of shooting the messenger. It is not the duty of the press to advance a particular philosophy over another, it is their duty merely to report the news. Not all the news out of Iraq, Afganistan and Washington is good news. It's news nonetheless, and Americans have the right to it, good or bad. It's called "Liberty"....

At one time, you could turn on ABC, NBC, CBS, read the L.A. Times, N.Y. Times, Washington Post, and all you got was the same slant on everything. And trust me, it's easy to slant the news. It wasn't until you got talk radio, Washington Times, Weekly Standard, Fox News, that you started hearing, "the rest of the story." Even now, check the audiences of the major networks, they make Fox look like a sitcom rerun!

Because there is some garbage that the media won't buy. Like, we are doing great in Iraq, the economy is great, seniors are doing well, we are better off now than 7 years ago, our wounded are being well taken care of, etc etc. If they think that it was too far left about the bad conditions in the VA hospitals, then shame on them. They can step on toes, but don't step on theirs.

Watch MSNBC. There's been serveral occasions where they've called Bush a murderer and one where a guy said that Cheney loves to see soldiers die. Keither Olbermann is the propaganda king, who tries to say things such as:

"Bill O'Reilly is a nazi" (despite having strong stances of standup up for Israel)

and

"24 is simply a Republican Propaganda show to make citezens believe terrorism is still alive".

Anti-American:

I'm not sure what you mean by anti-American. I can think of things like some networks such as MSNBC and CNN showing video (which were originally submitted by terrorists) of troops dieing.
