If you are feeling OK in yourself then it's fine the bump will go in a few days, but if you are getting headaches, feeling drowsy or your vision goes blurry you need to go to hospital to get checked out

The bump is just from where you hit it. Just continue to put ice on it...all the bump is, is swelling from where you hit it. Put ice on it and if there is any pain or headaches take IBprofin.

Hope your head feels better.

Not hit your head anymore.

Hehe, in all seriousness though, unfortunately all you can do is wait until the swelling goes down. I've been clocked in the head before by many things before (I used to play a lot of sports) but the swelling will take at least a few days to go down.

You can do much of anything. You can try some warm soaks tonight; sometimes the warmth will help break up the bruise and help the body reabsorb it more quickly.
But if you're feeling ok, not dizzy or nauseated or confused (more than usual), you'll just have to let nature take its course.

Next time put a frozen meat pack on the bump so it doesn't swell but for now you just don't mess with it and it will go away on its own.

If you have any signs of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, or if your pupils are unequal sizes, you should go to see a doctor...if you feel fine, it's going to be ok.
