I spent my first one in Perth (good casino there)
As for my second honeymoon that is still undecided, Sarawak/Pahang/Penang/Genting something like that.

first - Pangkor Luat, very nice n amazingly beautiful, good food also !

Second - Tioman, return to visit for another 3 times with kids in towed so you can imagine how fascinating the island is ! i like sea, my wife a good swimmer n my kids love water n its very much affordable so the many return trip ! can't go back to Pangkor Laut again because expenses has to multiply because of my children !

as for you, since you have 3 weeks, why not try all those option. While in Peninsula Malaysia, try rent a car to go around though its a bit tiring but you can go n stop where you wanted to ! Go on the trunk road [ highway only if necessary or rushing ]by getting a map, this way you n your partner would be able to see the true Malaysia ! Don't worry n afraid to asks the local people, they are all [ well almost ] very friendly n willing to help n show you the way if you are lost !

Do a little planing after getting the map so that you two can have a unforgettable honeymoon in Malaysia ! n if you still require any assistant, you know how n where to, right ?

my husband and i went to las vegas and stayed in.... aw heck... i can't remember the name of the casino we stayed in... not the bellagio.. but i think it started with a B. hmmm.. i don't remember. we got one of the best rooms there, it had a HUGE hot tub just a few feet away from the bed.. it was so hot outside that we spent a lot of time in the room.. unwinding from the wedding/wedding planning, and of course, having some fun together! ;o) we didn't gamble much.. not really our thing... and we saw Jubilee, and the blue man group. there was a cirque du soleil show going on as well, but sadly, it was all sold out. we walked around the inside of most of the casinos.. they were awesome... and the water/music/light shows outside the bellagio: beautiful! the mall was pretty neat too.. i think the only thing we ended up buying at the mall was smoothies haha. there was this awesome restraunt.. i can't remember which casino it was in.. or what it was called... but it was the best food i've eaten in my life!!!!

if u like casino well i suggest Malta. I stayed at the Marriot. 1 Maltese pound is equivalent to 2 pound sterling. Marriot is next to a huge casino by the sea. Weather all year round is perfect (not too cold, not hot at all).
plenty of restaurants and clubs around the corner. Suggested this place to some friends, they love it too.

Me and my hubby didnt go that far as we both are kinda busy with our hectic work schedule..so we went and having our honeymoon at the almost perfect heaven on earth, Pangkor Laut Resort..we had the most loveliest 1 week romantic stay there..the superb surrounding..ahhh..so mesmerizing..we get to do the spas and the massages..having romantic dinner by the sea at the beach...perhaps you should spend your honeymoon over there...you wont regret!

Port Austin Michigan. Very inexpensive but it was nice. It may not have been an official honeymoon. Maybe I should think about surprising my wife with an official honeymoon in Europe or something. Thanks for the idea.
