Ok, the best advice I can give you is to try to find bands that have covered the songs instrumentally. I know that Kenny G did a soprano sax version of "Yesterday" on his newest album, and there is a Pan Flute of Yesterday as well. Try to Google instrumental versions of the Beatles. I don't know if you'll be able to find the songs you're looking for.

This is also very random, and it might not work, but there are some Beatles songs in stereo that if played in Mono, or on one side of the speaker systems, the vocals will be knocked out because they're only in one speaker, if that made any sense. Yellow Submarine is an example of that. I had a set of earphones that shorted on one side and I just got the music and no Ringo in the ear that DID work. Try playing with some of the sounds of the songs on your computer and see if any of the ones you are looking for does that if you put it in only the left or right speaker.

Good luck!
