You could get a french manicure with pink tips to accent your dress - I wouldnt bother with fake nails, especially if you only really need them for one night, just grow whatever they can and get the salon to shape them nicely for you. Dont worry too much as Im sure most people wont be looking at your nails too closely.

White tips are always classic. They go with everything from prom dresses to jeans. You can try to grow your nails out, but if they are that short, then you will want to get tips put on. Make an appointment now for the day of or before prom to get them done. Toes, the same thing. You want them to match so you can also do french manicure for them too.

Some salons offer "prom tips" - which are better than press-on nails, but not as permanent as acrylics - and are better for the health of your nails over all. Call a few salons and ask if they offer them.

A french manicure is classic, but if you think they'd look funny on you, ask for an "American manicure" - it's similar to a French, but not as obvious - it's meant to look like your natural nails with clear polish over them.

You can get tips so your nails have some length. French manicures and cute and classic. If the nails are really long, then the french may look weird on you fingers. Maybe do french on the toes and then a cute, light pink on your fingers.

A French Mani is the best way to go...very natural. If your nails do not grow long enough in a month, you can always get the white tips with clear or pick acrylic over them.

purely continuously experience the designs on your palms and feet... it's going to seem cheesy is you have diverse colorings on your palms than on your feet. in case your gown it easy crimson, i might say decide for a state-of-the-artwork french nail submitting that makes use of organic colorings (lead them to appear like generic nails in a while).. it is going to likely be tremendously simply by fact it brings out the nails without taking the emphasis remote from the gown, hair, makeup, etc... plus, you will not sense extraordinary wearing them for the subsequent 2 weeks or so earlier you return to get them bumped off..
