Without dish, is it possible to see the channels in pc?

It's usually either a link to a video on some other site like YouTube or DailyMotion, or else it's a steaming video of a TV channel. Either way, it's pretty bad quality.

Satellite tv is all movie channels around the word,..not just your local area. you also get all the movies that are hot and just basically got out of theatres theyre called payperview one word. to view it you pay in advanced. or you can wait till they get on hbo, show, cinn, that comes w/ the satellite programes if ordered. Watever the websites tell you is fruad, scam, spam, if you see a commercial on tv about getting satellite it is more reasonable but you should ask friends/family who has satellite and ask them wat they think about it. hope this helped.

no, it is not possible. to see a channel without an antenna, dtsh or cable.
