If Kentucky and Louisville meet in the NCAA tourney who wins?

Kentucky beet Louisville this season without a problem but the Cardinals are on a roll with the freshman stepping up in a big fashion. The Cats seem to be on a downfall as of late but are a very experienced tournament team. Rick vs Tubby. Who would win and why?

I think these are two very equal teams. What i mean by equal is that i think this game would go into overtime with Louisville edging out Kentucky.
