I did take pretty good care of my teeth. Only 1 cavity my whole life.
Though, it's odd that I wished I hadn't. My parents couldn't afford to give me braces when I was a kid, and I hate how they look. Dentures would sure be a heck of a lot cheaper than veneers, and take less time to achieve results than braces.

I don't have dentures. I hope I never have to get them. I did just have a wisdom tooth pulled and a filling. I do need to go visit the dentist more often!
