Theres a birthday party I'm going to and I'm dressing up as Dorothy from the wizard of oz (Yes i know I'm Indonesian but hey it will be uber fun) so I was thinking what kind of make up should I use to achieve the wide-eyed, fresh and innocent look that dorothy has?

No! That person is wrong!

First, to get your eyes looking bigger...use a very light shimmer shadow on the ridge under your eyebrows. This will automatically make your eyes look bigger.
Use brown liner...it creates a softer look than black but it still looks black when on. I don't think you'll need other shadow colors.
Do the pink blush but dust on a shimmer powder on top of it.
Dorothy had red lips. So add some red tinted gloss.
Keep it simple.

i suggest making skin matte and clear looking(if u have blemishes, cover up, etc)

then use a Nude colored eyeshadow, cover the lid. add some black or brown eyeliner, making the line a bit thicker on the outer edges. mascara on top lid only (black, or even Clear). then get a white shadow or pencil and apply thin line to Lower lids.... makes ur eyes look bigger. get some pink blush if u are fair, peachy/orange if u are darker, and apply in circular motion to apples of cheeks only. then use either a clear or light pink gloss for your lips, and u'll be set! :)

False eyelashes to open up your eyes, black eyeliner only on the top of your eyes, concealer all over, blush on the apples of your cheeks,a light pastel shade for your eyeshadow and not much else. Maybe a bit of bronzer, but with your colouring, I'm thinking no...

hey girl... here is what i would suggest... use a powder to lighten your complexion just a little... and get eyeliner that you can make half of it thicker than the other half... its how angelina jolie always looks wide awake and well rested... thin line from your eyelid near your nose to half way... and a thicker but not WAY thick line you also want it to appear slightly angled on the thicker line... from half way to the far corner of your eye... and nothing but light light light mascarra on your bottom lashes... cause if you put anything like liner on your bottom it makes them look smaller... hope this works... and have a great time... oh and i suggest light colors pale pinks would be nice... but it should also kinda match whatever color dress you are wearing...
