With both of my babies I had c-sections but I did read all about labor, and it sounds like your body is getting ready for the big day, Just to be on the safe side you should give your a doctor a call and what they have to say. Good Luck.

Sometimes a women's body will do that when it is getting ready to go into labour. Its sort of a nice thing that happens at home before so you don't make a huge mess on the table in the delivery room. But if you're concerned talk to your doctor. seeing as you are 37 wks pregnant, your getting close. Congratulations by the way!!

Usually when women get diarrhea during late pregnancy is a big sign of labor approaching..with both of my other pregnancies i got diarrhea about 1 week before going into the hospital to have my babies...Just means your baby is coming...good luck and start getting prepared now...

Most likely, your body is just aware that you are about to give birth, and is trying to clean itself out. Drink Pedialite, it has all the good stuff you need to not be dehydrated. If it is just your body handling cleaning itself out, you won't change anything by drinking the Pedialite, so it can't hurt you at all... If it is dehydration, you have solved it by drinking Pedialite.

It could be a sign of labour. I had the same thing happen to me the day before my son was born (at 39 weeks). It's your body's way of preparing itself for labour.

Just make sure that you drink plenty of fluids at this time.

Good luck!

First of all, what did you have to eat that could have caused this reaction? Pregnancy does not make this happen. Be sure to drink a lot of water to flush yourself clear. Call your doctor right away and ask for something to stop this bug, as your system will deplete of nutrients. Stay calm, and rest as much as possible. Best wishes

It could mean baby's coming.
A lot of women have some diarrhea during early labour or right before it starts. Get some rest now while you can!

I think you just ate something that your body didn't agree with, keep drinking your water, the D-day is fast approaching.
