I have a very low UCAS point score, but despite this, I have since managed a 2:1 in a BSc degree & a merit in an MSc degree. I want to apply to big jobs but have to lie about my UCAS points and hope they never ask for proof of my results. Can any companies find out my actual score for themselves without asking me through my school or UCAS? Does the data protection act come into this?

Thanks.

Companies are ONLY interested in the following :-

1) Are you honest, loyal and hardworking ?
(do you have references from you last Job, did you stick with it for a few years ?, do you spend more time 'off sick' than in the office ?)
2) Do you have relevant experience ?
3) Do you have some qualifications ?
4) How much do you expect to get paid ?
(if you ask for way too much you will not be hired because the Employer thinks you will spend all your time looking for a higher paying job)

No one cares what 'score' you had to get into Uni. so long as the Degree's are genuine.

As an employer, i'm no longer drawn on your UCAS factors, merely what you controlled to realize at college. And if i replaced into your 2d employer, i would not additionally be watching your degree, yet at what you had finished on your first activity. I even have in no way seen an application form which asked for somebody's UCAS factors.

dont be a mug and lie about your ucas points. the Bsc and MSc are enough to get you a job along with references etc. Sooner or later someone will ask to see certificates, maybe years after you have been apponted.

With a Bsc and Msc they wont give two hoots about ucas scores!
