Nationality wise YES. Racially NO. You can be half black and half Chinese. Or like my coworkers daughter who is half black, 1/4 white, 1/4 Chinese.

They could only be Chinese legally, on paper if you like but they won't be Chinese in their blood. Even if they are half African, half Chinese they still won't be a proper Chinese. They'd be a bi-racial, meaning belonging to neither side of their genetic make-up.

Of course. It's full of Chinese in the Caribbean and Latin America. They migrated as laborers centuries ago. Do you know Naomi Campbell is? Her grandma is Chinese. She is a model of incredible beauty.
