Beats me I've seen people on like level 2 with them so far.

I have no idea...I have answered well over 2000 since I have been a member have a 27% best answer rate...and I don't have an orange badge...but I see people who have answered less with lower BA % and they have one.....not sure how that works.Good Luck though!

It varies. If you stay in one category then level 4 or 5. Some people level 5 and six didn't get one because they answer in many categories. You really don't want one, a lot of people are unhappy about them.
