There are several other feather websites that I have ordered from. I do costume design and construction for a children's musical theatre company in California, and have had to purchase bulk quantities of feather products.

Go to a costume shop. Look online. Or you could even maybe go to a hobby store. Or as a last result you could go and rip some off of big bird. Just kidding.
