Ok...its about a husband and wife who adopt a little girl and she abuses their younger son and she stabbs the dog...she kills baby birds in a bird nest...she sleeps with a knife in her teddy bear....i don't remember much else about it..

I think her real mom works in a strip club and when the little girl was a baby she was abused by the dad or something..

I think it's also "Child of Rage." It's a great movie and I haven't seen it in years! She also had a brother, right? And she starts humming and covering her ears when she's upset. So sad that it's a true story...
