Frozen is typically fresher then fresh, unless it is from your garden or local farm stand. I used frozen vegetables to make baby food for my kids.

There is nothing wrong with pureeing frozen veggies or fruits for baby. Sometimes things are out of season or hard to come by. There are tons of sites that give you the rundown on homemade babyfood.

well frozen food is not good for the baby but fruit is good for the baby the baby can suck on the fruit taste the good flavor

Frozen is definatly better than jarred.

Fresh is the absolute best, but when its not possible to get fresh, use frozen.

Not really, they are lacking the nutrients that fresh veggies and fruits have. I would go with the jar baby food, you can even get organic. I think that is the safest way to go.
