Dude, you just need to shut the F U C K up.

Seriously!! If it really BOTHERS you, then just IGNORE IT!!

It's just another way of expressing yourself and wanting to not follow the crowd-like you probably do.

So what if people are different? Everyone has a right to do so!! It's called freedom of expression. The music also has the freedom to express whatever they want.

At least emo music has some meaning, not like OTHER types of music-take rap/hip-hop/reggeaton--whatever. All they sing about(sorry, but it's true!) is how they want to have sex with some girl, or how hot she is, or all of this other worthless crap. R&B is OK. They do have meaningful things, but all of the rest related to hip-hop- no, dude seriously, no. That is crap.

I'm sure you hate all types of other people as well don't you?

Go find a life and stop getting into other things that don't interest you, but you want to make fun of and destroy.

All fashions and fads go in cycles.

I love pointing out to guys with a mohawk (or faux-hawk) that I had one back in the 80s the first time they came around, and they are really quite retro vs. cutting edge. This is especially funny because I am balding now. :o)

There is a great scene in "To Sir With Love" where the 60s kids learn that their makeup and hairstyles are similar to ancient Egyptians.

Everything comes around again. This "emo" fad will pass. And then come back again. :o)

I hope soon. It's getting grouped into the punk rock I enjoy. Get that crap away from me. I'm sick of the whiny, I'm a loser junk. I think once the teenagers grow out of that Emo stage. It will die out.

Why dont you live your own life and not worry about others. Listen to what music you want to listen to, and if someone wants to be in a group of kids that accept themselves, let them be. You must have a sad life if you only have others to worry about.

Well wasn't it "Goths" before? And "Grunge" before that? There will ALWAYS be a group that teens gravitate to that makes them feel valid.

Excuse me? If people want to be emo, let them. Leave them alone.

Hopefully very soon. The music is pathetic. And the cutting, please. Yeah, it's nice to have guys that are 'emo'tional but do you have to cry ALL the time?
