Hi
When the bids end, the winning bidder will pay you by one of the methods you specified. If they pay by Paypal you'll get an email saying you've received funds. When they've paid, go into my Ebay and click on the total price for the transaction. That'll bring up their name and address for posting the item.
You can buy the jiffy bags from the Post Office or Woolworths, anywhere like that. Even Ebay!
Hope this helps.

Don't panic my ebaying friend! You paypal account is set up online and you accumulate money into it which you can then tranfer into your bank account.
When a buyer pays by paypal a reciept is sent to your Email address and it will then give you the buyers address so you know where to send the item they have bought.
You can buy jiffy bags from most supermarkets or from the post office! You can of course buy them on Ebay too!
If you have any queries with the buyer just drop them a polite Email to say you are new at this and need a little advice! 99% of people are really understanding!
If you need to know anything else please get in touch as I have succesfully sold on Ebay since 2003!

those brown paper bags are called jiffy envelopes, and the money goes into your paypal account...when the customer has won an item they are requested to submit there address, but obviously dont send anything until you are certain that the money is there, and make sure you have the postage right before you put that up, the last thing you want is to have to pay extra postage cos you didnt weigh it properly...you can do that at home with a set of scales and the royal mail website, my sister does and hasnt had any problems....good luck making money

From my experience, what happens is you have to send the buyer a email begging him for the money. Then they may or may not pay you. If they do pay though pay pal you will get hit with a percentage fee over and above EBay's fees. Make sure you ship the item in some trackable way. If the buyer still doesn't pay, Ebay will still take your money and you will have to beg them for a refund. Office max, Walmart, UPS, USPS, etc. all have what you need to ship. Unless you are selling the most simplest of items, Ebay sucks

when the bids end both the seller and buyer get a email
if the buyer pays by pay pal it goes into a pay pal account and stays there until you transfer into you bank account best to do this after you have £50 in there so it doest cost you
when they pay you you receive an email and there address is on it
as for Brown paper etc best and cheapest place is pound-land

if you have problems there eBay forums are great and people give you great advice there

hope this helps

when your auction ends you will receive an email telling you who the winning bidders is. also you will receive an email telling you when you have received payment. and if they pay by paypal it will be in your paypal account right away (sometimes it will say payment pending for a couple of days). the email that you receive when the item has been sold will give you the name and address of the person that bought it. pretty much anywhere sells the bubble wrap envelope things..walmart, meijer, drug stores, just go to the office supplies section. it's usually by the tape. just to be safe...until your paypal account shows that the item has been paid for i wouldn't ship it out. sometimes if the payment says payment pending, it's still waiting to clear. when it has cleared it will show that the item has been paid for. you'll get the hang of it eventually...but just keep watching your emails and checking your paypal account until you get it figured out. feel free to contact me if you have other questions. i've been selling on ebay for years.

when the bid ends, then you need to wait until the buyer send you the money and then go to your local post office and get the bubble wrap envelope. if you want to get your money from your paypal to your bank account, then you need to sign on your paypal and click on withdrawl and click on transfer funds to your bank account. it will take 2 or 3 days for it to be transferred

FIRST: you will receive an email when you get payment. DON'T send out the item until you get paid!
SECOND: Their address will be in the email confirming they paid.
THIRD: usually the post office sells plenty of mailing supplies, but you can get it at any store like target, walmart, etc
