I am in Indonesia on holiday right now - shops are packed with fake leather clothing & fake leather handbags
Downtown Jakarta or Surabaya should be worth a visit...
CHEAP too!!
Only the added cost of the airfare will spoil it as an option

A tailor could make them for you one that specializes in leather. In Glasgow theses a place in Union st who make leather jackets, skirts and trousers to measure. Its called skint or skins. Or you could probably get fake ones in one of those mad goth shops.

is it that difficult to get them? I see them everywhere. Try the open market, you can get some good bargains although they're fake

a leather shop...as in one that sells leather coats etc, i have seen many have them in there...or failing that try ebay...its great for clothes as long as you are sure of your size
