i've already told the head of department and they said they'll look into it but nothing has been done. i'm seriously unhappy about this.
coz the thing is, this woman has something against me, i don't know what/why, but she's always nasty to me for no reason and i hate having 2 work with her. she's always taking the mick out of my accent which really hurts me coz i like my accent. like today, she was complaining i wasn't pulling my weight so i told her i was really tired coz i had a really late night yesterday, then she twisted my words and told everyone some utrue cr@p. i also overhead her talking about me during lunch hour and she said "he doesn't like his life, i think he's gonna kill himself. don't blame him either since he's such a lowlife." she also says that i'm "really stupid" coz i'm a punk and she doesn't respect my lifestyle and beliefs.
who do i report this to? head of department isn't doing anything and i'm really unhappy about this.

Make a formal complaint to HR. Make sure it is in writing and signed by HR and yourself. Detail that you brought this forward to the head of your department. File a complaint to the department of labor that handles harassment laws. It is against the law for anybody to make your work environment uncomfortable. They take it very seriously, so they will contact your company if your company doesn't rectify the situation. Make sure you keep a log of all the things that this woman has said or done to you to make you feel uncomfortable. Make sure you have somebody (witness) who can back up claim so it won't just be your word against hers. Remember your company cannot do anything to you as a result of your filings and complaints. You can sue them if they do. I would go as far as secretly taping a conversation with this woman for evidence. Be on your best behavior because they may look for any reason to get rid of you.

In every company there is a recognised complaint procedure. This may be written in a staff handbook to which you have access or may be online on a company intranet. Either way, your HR department will have a copy. This details the steps you need to make to make a formal complaint.

It usually starts as you have already done, by you contacting your immediate line manager and then progresses from there. You should follow the process as laid out to the letter as if it is a serious case of discrimination, it is likely that you will be able to claim so at an employment tribunal if it gets that far and the ET will not even consider any case where the proper procedures have not been followed.

Make a complaint in writing to your immediate supervisor being as specific as you can with time, dates, what was said, etc and how you feel about it. Keep a copy and make a note of when you sent it. If there is no response, then take the next step in the process.

You can always seek independent help from Citizens' Advice Bureau who will be with you every step of the way. Please note that there is a 3 month deadline from the date the process started if this is going to go to ET so you should get a move on. CAB will help you out, I'm sure.

LISTEN, you need to get ahold of your state's Labor Board NOW...the fact that you already went to your supervisor and reported it and nothing has been done is AGAINST THE LAW and you should not have to deal with this at work!! The labor board will assign you a case worker, and explain to them the situation. THEY WILL HELP YOU, THEY ARE ON YOUR SIDE...the labor laws are there to protect you against people like this, AND from supervisors.managers who don't CARE. GOOD LUCK, and act immediately for the best results...

The housing authority on your county. it may or won't be prohibited by using the guidelines and the size of the unit. The 21 twelve months previous decrease does not be unlawful everywhere I even have lived. The "No roommates" rule does not be unlawful everywhere I even have enjoyed. the only subject i will see that could paintings is the situation with a married couple and a toddler not being allowed with the aid of ultimate call distinction.

There might be a union rep that you could speak to or you could get advice from a small claims solicitor.... personally I would get her alone and ask her (in a professional manner) what her f***ing problem is and see if anything can be resolved.
Good luck to you and don't put up with this bullying anymore!!
