The Series 1934 $100 star note signed by Julian-Morgenthal, sells for $575.00 in grade fine to $2,000 in crisp uncirculated 63. A dealer of currency would need to see it to grade it. The above values are a sell price so expect to get 40% or so less.

It really depends on the condition, and how many they made, although I was told any star notes are worth at least twice their face value.
