Hi! There are a few rivers that Portugal shares with Spain, but when you reffer to wine, it has to be the World Famous Douro River!

I think the river u're mentioning is Douro river. There are some important rivers in Portugal that go threw Spain too like Tagos or Tejo, Guadiana and Douro.... And near a city called Oporto is the wine growing region...

The Duero river from Spain becomes the Douro river in Portugal.
