I don't officially condone this: but if you have a legitimate copy of the sims, you can often times find programs called key generators for the program of your choice. These things generate a serial number for you to use for your program.

websites like http://keygen.us offer these things. Most of the people that use these are using them illegally, so dont be supprised if you arouse suspicion. It'd always be best to contact Maxis first and see what they can do for you.

You'll have to look around, be weary a lot of sites that offer these programs are ridden with viruses and other malware. Also some websites think that just because you are looking for a keygenerator you also seem to want to look at pornography. So, watch your eyes and hide the children if visiting these sites.

note: if you do not have a legitimate copy of the sims the above is an illegal act and might land you in a lawsuit with Maxis. Do the right thing, buy legal copies only. Especially if you like the company that made the game.

if you registered the game at the sims web site (orginal sims) you should be able to log in and some where there (been a very long time) you will find a list of your serial numbers, now if it is the sims 2 follow the link below and it will tell you how to get a new code but it will cost you and only if you are in North
America.

If you ask the company, they'll tell you:

"Neener neener, you're screwed!!!"

I know this from personal experience.

I hate the Sims.

For future reference, write all of your serials on your all your discs with a sharpie right when you get them. It saves the hassle in the long run.

well, i suppose you buy another one, which sucks. or you go searching for the case. sometimes there are sites that give out serial numbers to programs. BUT THERE ARE SOME SITES THAT GIVE VIRUSES TO YOUR COMPUTER, so you better have a good antivirus program Like AVAST! antivirus.
