maybe- they can be stunned if you dont quite squash them-maybe its a heart attack..but I kill lots of bees and they do "fake" dead sometimes

nope. but they get mites, foulbrood, chalkbrood, and have tons of predators. they don't have time for heart attacks, the workers only live six weeks.
