1. knocked out of FA Cup by rovers
2. lost carling cup final to chelsea
3. knocked out of UCL by psv
4. battling with bolton [lol...bolton] to try and even qualify for the champions league next yr....lol much less win the epl

invoice Shankly. invoice Nicholson. Matt Busby. Brian Clough. Alex Ferguson. Bob Paisley. A small club isn't it. i'm particular others will upload the worth names I even have forgotten! ;-) Arsene Wenger is the only present day supervisor who belongs in that record. i'm no longer an Arsenal fan by skill of how... yet I even have been staring at soccer for almost 50 years, and that i'm able to provide help to be attentive to this. each a sort of managers went by sessions of empty trophy cabinets longer than that which Mr Wenger has long previous by right this moment. every person of them! soccer is like each little thing else in existence. once you're youthful... what happens right this moment skill each little thing. once you're older... what occurred the day previous, skill that what happens right this moment... won't be that significant. it is in simple terms people attempting to stay as much as what went till now. Arsene Wenger's artwork at Arsenal would be favourite for some destiny years. He geared up a dynasty (like Shankly at Liverpool) that's no longer yet favourite. Any Arsenal fan who thinks the club would be extra perfect off without him isn't an Arsenal fan in any respect. they're 'fly-by skill of-night' glory seekers. soccer is approximately historic previous. in case you pick instant excitement... pass get a kebab.

Considering that he had to play last week with the C team and they managed to get someone hurt every way possible they did ok.

RVP, a healthy Henry, Rossisky and a score of others and they probably move on in both the FA and the UEFA.

That being said they do need a new striker since Henry has fallen apart, a quick winger to replace Freddy who can score and a replacement for Senderos.

Clichy is bar none the best LB in the Premiership, Gallas looks good when he's healthy and Cesc is the man in the mid-field. If he ever finds his scoring touch we'll be looking good.

True, I'm very disillusioned with the team at the moment - wouldn't dream of supporting anyone else but don't think I'm going to watch as much for a while.
