Changing the ball, rules, marketing the 2nd best player as the best even though most smart people know it's BS. He got rid of hand checking, doesn't let Kobe or Carter compete in the slam dunk, etc. David Stern is borderline brain dead!

he cant really make up his mind. he changed the distance of the 3 pt line in the mid 90's to up the scoring...scoring goes up then he says there needs to be more defense played. he has no problem w/ high schoolers being drafted after graduation...then he changes that rule too. he changes the type of ball they are using w/o asking the players...then after complaints come from players he changes back to the old ball in mid-season? the list goes on and on.
he had it good when magic and bird were battling it out in the 80's...then jordan stepped in and the league didnt miss a beat. he tried to put an emphasis on dominant teams after the jordan era (lakers, etc) and now is trying to market lebron as the face of the league...though he is still young and hasnt won a damn thing. plus a lot of the fundamentals of the game ...well many of the young players dont have em'. which results in a poor porduct.

particular, we could rebellion to get rid of David Stern as Commissioner of the NBA. he's no longer a sturdy commissioner and as long as he's, LeBron and Kobe discussions won't end. Yeah he is pretty stupid sometimes and definitely not the best commissioner. I think the worst things he did this season were the bringing in the talking back to refs rule and that new piece of crap synthetic ball! Hell, every time he presents the NBA trophy at the end of the season, he crowns a new "champeen" !!!

David Stern needs to leave the players play. he is taking alot from the game and giving suspensions for trying to get a foul is hoorible how bout when some flops and trips another player should they get suspended or if you invertaly elbow someone should u get suspended.

David stern is in the middle of giving the NBA a make over. Really he is. All you need to do is focus your sight on the front rows and tell me who you see. you got it...........'Corporate America'. It's a business thing to him..... all about the money. he has to be able to help the owners put people in those seats that cost more than my monthly mortgage. he needs the game to be of international appeal. so that means dress code....pull your shorts up young man.... no chains... who looks good to the media? let's market him. he can't afford to let the hip hop culture be so evident in the game (oops...too late). it's business people....nothing more.
