They broke up. Lance Bass went on to pursue a trip to outer space with Russia but didn't get to go and then came out that he is homosexual. Justin Timberlake went solo, had a high profile relationship with Cameron Diaz, and has now started acting. JC tried a solo career but was unsuccessful. The other two just kinda disappeared.

I don't think they officially broke up, but with Justin's solo career, any plans for the band are on hold. I heard a rumor a couple of years ago that they were going release another album - apparently thats not happening.

Were you in a coma for the last couple of years? One of them accepted that he's gay, the other is now a successful pop/rnb solo singer and the rest are doing gigs here and there.

they decided to do their ownthings. justin timberlake is doing his own music and the others i have no idea what they are doing. but the one lance i think came out of the closet finally.
