can u use regular SD cards as wii memory card or do u have to buy the wii one??

All SD cards will work, assuming they are actually "SD" cards. Not Micro SD, XD, or the like. They don't have to be namebrand "SD" SD cards, but they do have to be the type of card. As to the "wii one," what are you talking about? A Wii SD card, or a Wii memory card? The Wii has internal memory, you'll never buy a "Wii Memory Card." You really don't even need an SD card. They're really just a good way to back up game saves, or exchange game saves with your friends.

all "sd cards will work even the micro or the mini if you have the adapter to make it fit like a regular sd card.

thats correct any sd card can work....but the wii has some internal memory so you should be ok for now

Any brand of SD card will work. Check the instruction booklet for the exact specifications of the kind of card it needs. Any card meeting those specs will work.
