Would have to agree on Brett Farve.. but another one I feel would be Peyton Manning.. The man is a true competitor and studies the game 24/7... Would love a president to put in that much effort.

Good question.

Two weeks ago I would have said Tom Brady. Now if the rumors are true about him being a father (again), then I think that would lessen his chances of being a President that could concentrate on anything but the babes.

So, my answer is Urlacher.

Peyton Manning is probably the most intelligent player that has marketability and charisma and does not have off the field issue that would hinder his ability to run a campaign.
How about a 6'6" president??

I'd love to see Tony Dungy as the Prez. He'd add a great, classy touch to the Oval Office.

But since you said "a player", I'd say Peyton Manning -- Imagine how awesome his speaches would be!

I can see his campaign now:
"If you like 6'5", 230 lb, Quarterbacks.
Laser, Rocket arm...Then vote for me."

Ray lewis would be pretty entertaining with his "what time it is" speech used as the state of the union speech.

Tom Brady seems to be smart and has the dedication needed and expected of a president.

I would definitely have to say Jerome Bettis. He was an awesome running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers, very much liked by the media and the fans (that's hard to do), and he has always been such a humble person. There isn't one bad thing that I can say about that guy. GO STEELERS!!!
