I found out for sure that I am pregnant with my second baby this morning and I'm having some cramping (which I'm sure is normal) but I starting feeling queasy and just flat out irritated with everything after I found out this morning. I was feeling queasy on and off this whole week. I was just wondering if any other pregnant women out there just are irritated with every little thing rather than being on cloud nine? What can I do to help with the light cramping?

wow! you are SOOOoooOO normal! LOL yeah the cramping, nausia, and moodswings can REALLY make early pregnancy a more miserable experience than an exciting one! just know that about the time your 2nd trimester rolls around you'll be feeling better and be able to be more excited! for cramps- tylenol, heating pads, a warm bath or a massage can help. as for the irritation, LOL well, sometimes it's helpful to take a little more "you" time to pamper yourself. if you find yourself getting upset, try to take a deep breath and a step back and tell yourself it's okay...you are pregnant and react differntly. good luck to you!

don't drink caffiene it dehydrates you. what helps me is taking a warm bath, emptying my bladder or lying down. i get irritated at everything and everybody. i generally try not to snap at people but sometimes if they step on the right nerve they get it. before that happens i take a nap and see if that relieves some of the irritation except when I'm work when i just hang up on rude clients or put my boss on the phone.

My cramping is helped by warm liquids or tea without caffeine. I drink tea that doesnt have habiscus, goldenseal, valerian root, or st johns wort. Those herbs are the ones to look out for when pregnant.

I also have a heating pad that is nonelectric which helps.

take a tylenol and lay down. gotta love pregnancy hormones. Just this morning I yelled at my husband cause he didn't close the cereal box, I know it was the end of the world then, LoL. It happens just take some time for yourself and enjoy your 9 months.
