The informational toolbar won't let me install ActiveX on the site?

I have this special software that protects my home computer. Sometimes it gets me frustrated. When I click on the informational toolbar, it doesn't allow me to install it. How can I install ActiveX on that site?

Hey try going to tools /Internet options/security/Internet/custom level/ scroll down look for active x and enable,ok/apply/ok and restart browser...Good luck
