how do you find the link to install Resource Dll ??

The only Resource.dll file *I* am aware of are those related with printers and\or software that comes with your printer.

So you might try reinstalling your printer's driver and the accompanying siftware

there is no link....if you have an error where there s dll missing or not registered the you need to reinstall the application, if this is sime kind of hack then look into the regsvr32 command, you can "register" dlls in the system...

can;t advise any furhter without more info...
