You're stressing yourself out. Trying to get pregnant shouldn't be a "job." It should be fun and full of excitement at the chances of bringing a baby into the world. A lot of my friends who "tried" for years and years to get pregnant finally did after they stopped worrying about it, scheduling it, fussing over it and just enjoyed each other and let time work itself out. Good luck.

Wait until you miss your next period and take a test, if you aren't satisfied with that go to a doctor and have a blood test done. No one here can diagnose pregnancy without being a doctor and having a sample of your urine or blood. It could just be spotting, you could of not been lubricated enough the last time you had sex, there is no telling for sure. Relax a little and let nature take place, if you worry too much it may make it harder to conceive.

you could do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. I have heard of spotting during pregnancy due to hormones and stuff. BUT you can also have spotting during non pregnancy times too.

As for trying to conceive and not being able to? Like the other post-er(s) said, don't stress out over it. The more you stress, the worse it gets. If you think of it as a "job" then you're doing it wrong. Nothing causes more failure in this department than making it a chore...

Maybe it is implantation bleeding. You should take a pregnancy test.
Now i know that my mom use to spot long time ago and she would always say it was from stress (she had so much going on at the time this was happening to her) which though during that time she was not pregnant or trying to get pregnant. It could be stress.
Or did you have sex and maybe your partner was rough? That can cause you to bleed sometimes.

It could be "implantation bleeding." About 1/3 of all women who conceive have this. I didn't - but I know that as long as it is light and doesn't last long (normally less than a day) then it is fine! Good luck!
