I have a paper due in an hour and I've run out of idea, please help!

It's a terrible ad, you're not supposed to drink and operate a motor vehicle, especially a boat. Many boat accidents happen as a result.
The ad is likely made because they sponsor the fellow on the right and wanted to get more out of the deal. Plus their target customer is likely an outdoorsman so they're going for that.
They are also trying to go for a relaxed look, implying that their alcohol is relaxing like fishing.
Having the 2 pictures is also a poor choice, since the man on the left is no older, and I doubt it's been aged decades. They should show the guy on the right when he was a kid fishing, then again on the right as a pro fisherman. That would be 10 times more effective.

Point out how this ad defeats its purpose, because fishing NEVER gets any better, no matter HOW long you wait.
Actually, fishing is MOSTLY just waiting, so the ad seems directed toward drunks who will just sit around and drink whiskey and not do anything. Just drink and fish.
