I just want to warn against looking too cute, it's your friend's arrival, and though they should see you being cute, they should be cutest as the attention should focus on their return.
The best way to go for cute is to curl the hair I think. It's cute without trying too hard.

okey okey okey i will tell you because it was the same thing for me !
you should . . . wear classic dress, i mean, a white shirt with black , pants and with , pointy , high heels , !!!! ill be first class i swear , ! and he will like it because itss the fashion off wholee universe but for now its you to decide , !
and if its cold then put a Long jacket from (chateau) you would look perfect , .. welll it depends on you ,,
and of what you wear , and what you are ,
