i know that it might be an indie band and the lead singer has black short hair and glasses. their new song sounds alot like daft punk by synthesizing the voice.

I'm not sure about the black short hair part, but the lead singer (Forrest Kline) does wear glasses and synthesizes his voice. (And he's cute!!) :)

Probably need a bit more info but the first synthesizer-ish song that comes to mind is by lovely Scotsman Calvin Harris - it's called Acceptable in the 80s and you can find links to it here:
