There are security and police and cameras all over Vegas. You don't even know who they are, so how could you possibly get past them?
The Venetian is really nice, why not have your friends go to Downtown Vegas and get a cheaper hotel?
This isn't a good idea, and it definitely isn't legal. You'll have more fun if you're all on the up and up.

Get your friends to wait for you in the casino whilst you check in. Goto your room with your luggage and your friends luggage. Make sure the names on the luggage are yours.
Then later, meet up with your friends in the casino and then take them to your room. Make sure that none of them are carrying any luggage as that would be the tell-tale.
However, this may create a very nervous stay where you will always be looking out. You can always ease this by being honest and paying.

Not going to happen. They have cameras all over the place. Do yourself and your friends a favor. Just pay for the other four. You will get in less trouble that way.

Really Bad Idea----they have security cameras on every floor and all over the place, silly, this isn't your normal hotel it's a casino....this ain't Motel 6 in Michigan...they don't screw around with clodhoppers...
