when you use VEET facial waxing strips does it leave a red mark?

It will leave a red mark for a bit, but if you apply ice for a little while right after you rip off the stip the redness will fade faster. And they work as well as any wax (nothing special).

This is probably skin irritation because it likely pulls off a tiny amount of dead skin on the top layer of your face as well. Think of it like a type of microdermabrasion or chemical peel, it's like that effect. Also it will increase blood flow to the area because you've just irritated it.

Moisturize to return the oils it removes as well, and it should go away in no time.
