Only, by negotiation, India and Pakistan have to divide Kashmir according to the religion population, in the short term.
But if India can keep status quo, (India can, and will do it) after a long period of time more then 50 years, all Kashmir could be Indian territory.

India must pull out of Kashmir!
Kashmir must have Independance status.

Pakistan should kill its pride and give back Kashmir to India. Simple.

well, that is tough! obviously, pakistan and india hate each other! their religious ideologies are very far apart! until they reach a compromise of mutual respect, this conflict will go on for a long time! dividing it into boundaries with each nation getting 50% is possibel, but not realistic! one thing for sure: it istime the united states stayed out of it! and let these two nations handle it themselves! unless the threat of nuclear war becomes real!
