Wisconsin 21, Mexico 18 so you can be 18 and from Wisconsin and legally drink in Mexico if thats what your wondering...

Also, in Wisconsin it is legal to drink under 21, as long as a parent or guardian hands you the drink. Weird, I know... but it's true!
