What game is it? Is it for PC or a console? Whay exactly can't you play it? Are you having hardware trouble? You don't know how to install?

You can either look up a walkthrough for the game online or take it to a resale video game store and they will let you trade for a game you are able to play.

If it is a computer game, what are the requirements of the game and what are the specs of your computer.

If its a video game go to the store and see if you can exchange it. Or call the manufacturing company and see if they'll replace it.
