Aw come on, if you want to make this a challenge, you have to exclude My Pet Goat as well.

Shadow Divers is a great book. Mutineer's Moon, David Weber, There Shall Be Dragons, Emerald Sea, East of the Sun, West of the Moon all byJohn Ringo, Born of Fury by David Weber, Godless by Ann Coulter, Cold Warrior (the book Spielber thought he was making the Good Shepherd from) Semi Homemade Cooking, Semi Homemade Slow Cooker, America as We Know it, Mark Steyn, The Truth about Mohammed.
Good enough? That's just the last 3 weeks worth. The house could stand a good dusting and vacuuming though ;/

Not sure about the neoconservative label, but I'm definitely conservative...
The last few books I've read are:
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu
The Epic of Gilgamesh
The Gambler by Fyodor Dostoevsky
For Whom the Bell Tolls by Ernest Hemingway
The Spanish Civil War by Hugh Thomas
The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx
At the moment I'm reading:
Either/Or by Søren Kierkegaard
The book next up on the menu:
A War Like No Other: How the Athenians and Spartans Fought the Peloponnesian War by Victor Davis Hanson
And after that I'll probably re-read:
Beyond Good and Evil by Friedrich Nietzsche
For light reading in the restroom I have:
Art of War by Sun Tzu
The Koran
And you?

The last book was 'Godless' by your favorite blondie, Ann Coulter.
Prior to that:
1) The Skeptical Environmentalist by Bjørn Lomborg.
2) What's Wrong With The UN
3) Do As I Say, Not As I Do: Profiles in Liberal Hyprocisy
4) 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America
You may think this is a "hoot" because they are all books that would tend to support my existing beliefs. However, each one was carefully chosen, and turned out to be excellent reading. I read enough of the opposing viewpoints here on Yahoo Answers.
P.S. I read Ayn Rand many years ago while in college. She had a lot of great ideas (except her hatred of classical architecture). If you think there is something funny about her books, why not tell us?

I'm a lifetime Christian conservative and the only Ayn Rand book that I have read is "The Fountainhead."
Now, what's the big hoot all about? Let's be objective about this, shall we?
The last book I read was "For One More Day" by Mitch Albom

A Neoconservative would never be interested in reading anything by Ayn Rand. You're confusing neoconservatives with libertarians. There are very, very few similarities.

I read quite a bit, two books by Shelby Foote "The Trial of Daniel Boone", and "The Wilderness", some light reading of books by Dean Koontz and James Patterson, Harry Potter, and of course "50 people screwing up America" (48 of which are liberal). What have you read that isn't on the internet?

Are you chiding muslims by asking what book they last read except for the Koran and then saying it will be hilarious?
You're quite the bigot.

I am reading about the culture and history of Hawaii. We are going there for our 25th anniversary this year. Whenever we take a trip I study about the area we are going to. Just got back from Italy and did some research on it and learned to speak a few phrases.
