.Net Compact Framework on Symbian OS?

I want to know whether it is possible to use .net compact framework on Symbian OS for Mobile phones;
or is there any way to run programs written by Visual Studio .Net on Symbian OS.

I am not aware of any .Net CF on Symbian

In fact, I have problem moving the .Net CF binary produced by a Pocket PC compiler back to desktop; it seems .Net is language-neutral while Java is platform-neutral, despite the fact both should have no neutrality issues since they are technical parallels to the same theoretical makeup.
